Gina Nitschke and Nicole Hayes are long time friends who both met on their very first day at the University of South Australia to study Early Childhood Education 15 years ago. 

   The two friends have shared many precious moments together, including an introduction to Gina's husband, and travelling and living overseas together. Both have a passion for cake decorating and baking, and decided to blend their hobby with teaching. 

   These days Gina can be found full time in the new Cups 'n Cakes cafe in Gawler, and you'll meet some of the gorgeous Cups 'n cakes team at the Barossa Farmer's Market, still selling the beautiful, original Farmer's Market Cupcakes. 

   Demand for cakes keeps the team busy, as Cups 'n Cakes also take orders for wedding, birthday and other celebration cakes, (as well as their cupcakes).
