How much are the cupcakes?
Price of the cupcakes starts at $2.50 each for orders over a dozen. Additional costing depends on the type of edible decoration added to the cupcakes. There are many different options available depending on your budget.

Where are you located?
In Gawler, South Australia. However, service is available throughout the local Barossa area and general Adelaide metro.

What are your operating hours?
Cups ‘n Cakes can be found at the Barossa Farmers Market, (Saturday Mornings: 7.30 - 11.30am, Corner Nuriootpa and Stockwell Roads, Angaston). Consultations are also available at other times by arrangement to plan the perfect cake for your next celebration or function.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we can certainly deliver. The delivery fee is based on your location. Normally it is approximately $15 to Northern Adelaide Metro and $10 Gawler / Barossa areas. Ask for other areas.

What is the minimum cupcake order?
The minimum cupcake order is 1 dozen cupcakes per flavour.

Do you have cupcake stands available for hire?
Yes, we have specially designed cupcake stands that look fabulous! Hire starts at $35 plus a refundable $40 deposit.

How far ahead of time do I need to order?
Cupcakes and cakes are baked fresh to order and are subject to availability. Please place a cupcake order by Wednesday for collection at the market. Orders for specialty celebration cakes need to be received at least 2 weeks prior to the event, or 6 weeks for wedding cakes.

Do you do corporate logos and photos?
Yes, these are available for cupcakes and large cakes, with photo quality edible ink.

What is your method of payment?
We happily accept payment by cash, money order or direct deposit. Credit card facilities are not available at this time.

Do I need to keep the cakes in the fridge?
Keep all cakes in a cool, dry place and out of the sun. Room temperature or air conditioning is perfect. We do not decorate with fresh cream.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Where possible, Cups 'n Cakes are happy to try to accomodate your dietary requirements for special orders. Contact us for more information.
